La Vieille Maison is a restored, ideal family holiday cottage with 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, which look out either across the gardens or courtyard. The 2 twin bedrooms have additional roof windows to give that light and airy feel to the rooms, while the double bedroom has a delighful “Romeo and Juliet” balcony. There is a shower room on the first floor. The holiday accommodation is spread across two floors and comprises about 180m2 in total.
On the ground floor of the french holiday cottage there is a large lounge/dining room with wood beams and Charentaise stone walls, typical of this region of France, with a wood-burning stove. There is a large fully-fitted kitchen and an additional shower room.
Other benefits include dishwasher, stereo, DVD player and washing machine, use of the communal BBQ area, plus a sunny garden-facing patio which is easily accessed from the lounge/dining area.
